Sleep Sense Seminars
The "Sleep Sense" Seminars provide a comfortable environment where a small group(no more than 12 couples) can get together and learn how to solve their children's sleep problems.
You'll get to hear some stories from other parents who are facing some of the same challenges as you, learn some gentle strategies you can use to help your child overcome these challenges, and develop a personalized sleep plan that you can start using the same night!
Here's a brief outline of what you can expect during the seminar:
- Introductions.
- General facts about sleep and why it is important, what functions it serves for adults and children.
- The special sleep needs of infants and toddlers.
- What the leading sleep experts have to say about your child's sleep.
- Negative effects of disruptive sleep habits on your family -- and how to fix them.
- How to establish a fun and "workable" bedtime routine for your child.
- Putting together a "Sleep Sense" sleep plan for your chlid.
- Possible pitfalls you might encounter: How to avoid them or deal with them
- Deciding how much sleep your child needs during the daytime and planning a naptime schedule.
- Question period and visiting time.
Cost: $100 per couple, with light snacks/coffee/tea provided. This fee includes one week of unlimited access to email support with Dana Obleman.
Important Note: Please be aware that these seminars fill up quickly, and that attendance is limited to ensure a comfortable setting and personalized attention.

My mom is jealous she did not have this book for us when we were babies! I have told ALL of my mommy friends about your wonderful book and how it gave us our lives back. My husband and I have so much time for each other now in the evenings and not worried about waking him up. Once he is sleeping, he rarely wakes up to noises. I even hosted 8 friends last week while he was sleeping. I thought the noise would wake him but not a peep!
I can't express enough gratitude for you writing this book, you have sincerely changed our lives! Thank you so much!
