
Hello, my name is Alexandria. I am a wife, mother and certified sleep coach. My job is to get your child sleeping through the night and taking long RESTFULL naps as well.
I remember being pregnant with my daughter and feeling anxious about being a new mom and feeling even more anxious about how little sleep I would be getting. Everyone tells you the same thing when you are expecting, “you will never sleep in again,” or “sleep now while you can,” except that it doesn’t have to be this way.
I was convinced that I could educate myself and be proactive about my daughter’s sleep even while she was still in the womb. If I am being honest, I knew that if I did not get enough sleep, then I would be a very anxious mother and wife – so I let that be my motivation. I wanted to be the best version of myself for me, my husband and my daughter.
My heart understands a mother that is sleep deprived and the toll that it can take on her body. I desire to see a child reach his/her full potential and thrive when they are getting the sleep they need. I have an irresistible passion to help families achieve success, whatever that may look like for them.
