Hello! I am Courtney Richardson, a Certified Pediatric Sleep Sense™ Consultant. I know firsthand the importance of establishing healthy sleeping habits from the start, and I provide the tools and support to other families in need. I am here to tell you that sleep IS a part of motherhood and I can help your children learn the independent skills to do it on their own.
I use gentle techniques that give your child the support and care they need as they develop their own skills for sleeping independently. I will be there to help every step of the way as we take this important journey together. I will educate, guide, and support you so you can confidently help your child learn healthy sleep habits that will last a lifetime. Being a parent does not automatically mean you have to be exhausted all the time. Together, we’ll implement practical, effective solutions to ensure a good night’s sleep for everyone!
