Grace Aldebs, is a mother of an amazing boy, founder of Graceful Nights, and certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant. She has worked in Lebanon as a physics teacher in a deaf school, program manager, and vice president in an inclusive school.

Because she doesn’t like to trade on her sleep hours and wants all the moms out there to have the same number of sleep hours as before having kids, she got motivated to become a sleep consultant.
