Hi I’m Kim, and my goal is to help you get the sleep that you so desperately need. I will work with you to develop a sleep plan that works with you and your child’s needs. All this so that you can return to feeling rested and ready to tackle your day.
How did I get started?
As someone who has struggled to sleep well myself, I knew it was important to get my oldest sleeping through the night as quickly as possible. I couldn’t afford a sleep consultant at the time but used various techniques from Dana Obleman’s Sleep Sense Guide. She slept through the night for the first time at just 8 weeks old and has been an amazing sleeper ever since. We are using the techniques with my youngest, and while it took slightly longer because she is a premie, she slept through the night at 4 months and her napping has improved immensely.
As a Social Worker I understand how lack of sleep can affect your mental health. Lack of sleep combined with the adjustment of adding a little one to your home is the perfect storm for poor mental health. As a new parent you are overwhelmed by all of the things you are experiencing and I would like to help you with some of your burden. I’m excited to work with you to help you get back to sleeping well.
