My name is Kristina Jager and I am the owner of Little Feet Sound Asleep and live in Juneau, Alaska with my beautiful 1 year-old daughter and supportive husband (I can’t forget the dogs either!).
I discovered the Sleep Sense program when my own baby struggled with poor sleep for over 8 months. The program dramatically improved my daughter’s well-being and she became a happy and loving baby who is soaring developmentally. As a huge perk, the program also gave my own mental and emotional health a much-needed boost and saved my marriage and my career.
What surprised me the most about sleep training through the Sleep Sense program was my own lack of education about the way sleep works, our sleep needs, and basic sleep hygiene.
Along with my own personal sleep training experience, I am a professional social worker and have been working in the mental health field for the past five years. The clients I have served in this line of work have shown me first-hand the importance of sleep and how sleep deprivation and long-term poor sleep habits can negatively impact us and even change our lives.
