When I was pregnant with my first, I read, prepped, took classes, and even knew the basics behind healthy sleep habits. But when my little newborn, at 10 days old, decided napping was not for her and night time feeds meant 1.5 hours of being awake, I found myself doing whatever it took to get her to sleep! It was exhausting and I knew I needed a solution. I found Sleep Sense and with hard work our problems were solved! My “terrible sleeper” became an amazing sleeper.
My continued interest in infant sleep led me to the opportunity of becoming a Sleep Consultant myself. I love helping families change what sleep (and stress!) is like in their home. Let me do the same for you!
