Hello, my name is Pam Jones. I am the founder of Sweet Dreams Little Ones. I have been a registered nurse for over 25 years, specializing in mother and baby health and parent education. I have been a sleep consultant for the past 10 years, and I was chosen to become a Certified Sleep Sense Consultant. I feel along with my medical background, I am able to educate families about the importance of healthy sleep for everyone.
Over the years I have seen the emotional stress, physical exhaustion, and loss of confidence in good parents dealing with their infant or child’s sleep issues. There is no one size fits all solution. I do not just use cry it out. I develop a plan that is tailored to the child and the parents’ needs. You are not alone. I drove around with my son in the car 35 years ago, because I did not know of anything else to do, and I had taught him to sleep with movement.
I offer phone and virtual consults, but I am best known for my in-home support. I live in Dallas, Texas, but I travel all over the United States to help support families in their homes. I can support you while you are performing the sleep conditioning, or I can educate you and then PUT YOU TO BED and I do the sleep training for you. I find at 3 am when you are exhausted, a plan may not be enough, and you may be forced back into your survival mode. You may need someone to tell you everything is fine and put you back to bed.
Sleep is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Not getting enough sleep can have long-term effects on parent’s health, baby’s health, siblings’ temperament, parent’s relationship, postpartum depression, job performance, and a multitude of other aspects of everyday life. The best investment you can make is to provide yourself and your family with consistent, healthy sleep. I am thrilled to announce the publication of our first book “Raising Confident Parents” All proceeds go to children’s cancer research. You can download a free copy on my website.
Call me today so we can work together and have everyone in your home getting the healthy sleep they need.
Sweet Dreams,
Pam
