I’ve had a passion for babies and children all my life; this motivated me to work in childcare for the last ten years. My experiences during this time led me to these central questions: “How can I help the most families? What would have the greatest impact?” Enter my fascination with neuroscience, sleep and mindfulness.
I’ve studied the physiological and neurological needs of newborns, infants, and toddlers with the aim of helping families gain an improved understanding of their child’s needs and capabilities. I will design an individualized program that teaches your child the essential skills for self-soothing.
Flourishing through the sensitive developmental periods of infancy, toddlerhood and early childhood is an immense undertaking. I aim to be a consistent resource for you during and after this program, as you learn about your ever-changing child, as well as the new role you fulfill as parent.
