“In my career working with children and families as a counselor, I have seen the effects sleep deprivation can have on people’s emotional, intellectual, physical well-being and relationships. When I became a parent, I experienced sleep deprivation first hand. I successfully used the ‘Sleep Sense Program’ after a long search for the right sleep solution for our family. When I was provided the opportunity to become a Certified Sleep Consultant, I welcomed the chance to help other families live healthier lives by improving their sleep. I find it gratifying and rewarding to mentor parents as they provide their children with the lifelong gift of health sleep.”
