Separation Anxiety & Your Baby’s Sleep

I talk to a lot of parents every week, and this topic comes up surprisingly often. Moms and dads are worried that leaving their baby or toddler in the crib all night will cause their child to “freak out.”

And with good reason! A lot of the parents I talk to tell me that simply putting their baby down for 1 minute while they use the bathroom sends their child into a fit of wailing despair!
