I’m Sigita Žilinskienė, the founder of Miego Pasaka, a good sleep expert and a mom of three boys.
Since 2020, I’ve been working with sleep challenges, helping more than 600 families regain restful nights and a more stable daily life.

In my own family, sleep is not just a topic or a profession – it is a conscious choice and a top priority that we have lived by for many years.
Raising three children made one thing very clear: poor sleep is never just a “child’s problem”.
It affects the entire family – parents’ emotions, relationships, decision-making, work capacity, and overall quality of life.

I work with sleep challenges across different life stages – from newborns and children to adults and corporate employees through sleep and recovery consultations.
Each stage of life comes with its own challenges, which is why solutions cannot be the same for everyone.

Very often, good sleep cannot be restored with just one technique or a single piece of advice.
What’s needed is a comprehensive approach that takes into account daily rhythms, sleep environment, nervous system regulation, emotional load, and the real capacities of a family or an individual.

My strength lies not only in methods or knowledge, but in experience.
Every case – especially the complex ones – helps me grow as a specialist and see more clearly what stands behind phrases like “doesn’t sleep”, “wakes every hour”, “cries before bedtime”, or “can’t fall asleep independently”.

I don’t just help resolve sleep problems.
I teach families how to understand sleep, so future sleep challenges no longer feel frightening.
So when changes arise, they know exactly what to do and how to protect the good sleep they’ve already built.
So decisions are made not from exhaustion or panic, but from clarity, understanding, and inner strength.
