That’s why I support families with infants and toddlers (up to 7 years) in building consistent routines, restoring healthy sleep, and helping little ones learn to sleep through the night — gently and confidently.

But for me, it goes beyond just “sleep training.” I believe quality sleep is a gateway: to more calm in your day, more time to reconnect with your partner, more energy to enjoy motherhood — and simply to feel like yourself again.

I work 1:1 with families and stay closely connected throughout the process, offering ongoing support and encouragement. You’re never just handed a plan and left on your own — I walk this journey with you, every step of the way.
