Hi, I’m Christina, a Sleep Sense Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant with a heart wired to help other moms (parents) to live their best life.

My husband and I have 2 wonderful children and we have shared the pain and discomfort of many sleepless nights. Our oldest, before she turned one, took me to a breaking point which led me on my search to seek help. Family, friends, and even the pediatrician told me that she would grow out of it, but I knew there had to be a better solution.

That’s when I found the Sleep Sense program and it saved my (our) life. I’m so excited to have the opportunity to guide other parents, caretakers, and anyone else in the same position needing help. My job is to educate and mentor them through the tough times of sleep deprivation.
