Hi! My name is Gabriela Guzmán. I am an Organizational Psychologist, to whom motherhood brought into this new journey of becoming a Sleep Consultant back in 2015. Helping and developing people has always been my passion, and through sleep consulting I get to do it in a very profound and personal way.

With my first child turning 6-months-old, nights became worse each week and he was waking up every hour. The Sleep Sense Program changed our lives! On day 3, he started sleeping 11 hours straight, and had great naps by the next month. I couldn´t believe what we reached, and am eager to help other families that are now as sleep deprived as we once were. When my second baby came in 2020, I had all the tools I needed to develop healthy sleep habits since she was very little. Having worked with over 300 clients in the past 6 years, I value how many families I have impacted positively into healthy sleep habits.
