Like many parents, I went through periods where my daughter’s sleep was complicated, uncertain, and often exhausting. Those nights stayed with me and they are, quite simply, what led me here. I wanted to understand what was happening, and to turn that understanding into something useful: a way to support other families going through the same thing, with the same gentleness and respect I received at that time.
I am a mother of two, and that experience shapes the way I now approach every family I work with. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all methods. Each child, each home, each family’s values and each story is different, so the plan I build always starts from there.
I like to think of what I offer as a kind of cocoon: a safe space where we can take the time to observe, adjust, and move forward together, at each child’s own pace. The approach stays flexible along the way, just as sleep itself moves through its own cycles and phases, each stage finding its place in time.
Sleep is something I like to build hand in hand with families.
