Sleep training is a topic that sparks a lot of debate among parents, and I understand why—there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. I, too, struggled to understand why my child would sleep soundly in my arms but wake the moment I transferred her to her cot. I couldn’t figure out why she kept waking up multiple times at night. Was it hunger, discomfort, or a growth spurt?
I thought I could manage it on my own, but despite my best efforts—reading everything I could and seeking advice in sleep forums—I couldn’t get my children to sleep well. Nobody in the house was getting good rest. It wasn’t until I hired a sleep consultant that I regained uninterrupted sleep and saw my children become more independent in their sleep routines. It was life-changing. When everyone in the family is well-rested, the positive ripple effects are undeniable!
This experience inspired me to dive deeper into the world of baby sleep. I trained under Dana Obleman, founder of Sleep Sense, and after completing the course and helping several families along the way, I earned my certification as a sleep consultant!
Now, I’m eager to help more families restore restful sleep and create positive, peaceful routines for their little ones. Let’s chat today if you’d like to discuss how to improve your baby’s sleep!
