Hi, I’m Jen Betschart, the founder of Tiny Toes Sleep Solutions. I am a Washington native and currently reside in Puyallup, WA. I’m also a Neonatal Intensive Care nurse and share a passion for helping others.

As any excited first time mom, I thought I was doing everything right. I was soaking up those quiet moments in the wee hours of the night thinking this will eventually pass. Well, it wasn’t until I was back to work that those multiple wake ups throughout the night was really affecting me in both my personal and professional life. We hired a sleep sense consultant with my son and it changed mine and my families life.
