Hey! I’m Kaitie, a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. My first child struggled for months to achieve consistently good sleep. I had no idea that I could train a baby to sleep. I was anxious constantly about what I was doing wrong, and I was very sleep deprived and frustrated with how things were going!
