Hi! I’m Laura Silvestro Williams, a Certified Sleep Sense™ Pediatric Sleep Consultant and the founder and CEO of The Sleepy Sloth. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a master’s in Pedagogy, and a master’s in Montessori Philosophy.

Born and raised in southern Italy, I now live in beautiful Monterey, California, with my husband Jordan. From 2021 to 2023, I worked as an au pair, an experience that opened my eyes to just how crucial healthy sleep habits are for young children—and how much better life is for the whole family when kids sleep well! That life-changing insight is what led me to become a sleep consultant.

Today, I help families gently guide their little ones to sleep independently and restfully through the night—because every child (and parent!) deserves the gift of sleep. I do speak fluent Italian and English
