Before you decide to take a leap of faith and put your trust in me, please let me tell you a little bit about myself and how it all started for me and maybe you get to identify yourself a little in my story.
I am Mihaela Puscasu a Certified Paediatric Sleep Consultant, with a background in teaching and the proud mother of two wonderful boys, born three years apart, whom fulfilled my life in unimaginable ways, bringing so much joy and happiness and also a lot of sleepless nights.
I’ve struggled with sleep with both of my boys, and while I tried to find answers to our problems, nothing seemed to work. Sleep deprivation soon caught up with me, and I literally wasn’t able to function properly anymore. My patience was slim, my guilt of not being a good enough mother/wife/person was growing every day, my relationship with my husband was on the rocks and I felt severely depressed. I knew I had to do something to improve everybody sleep and well-being.
In my research for answers I came across a Certified Sleep Consultant. I was skeptical at first, after all I knew I read all the books and tried pretty much everything but at this point I was desperate enough to try anything. To my surprise, it worked immediately and what I had been trying to accomplish for months, a sleep consultant helped me achieve in days. It was a MIRACLE! The whole experience was life changing, it made me a better mother and wife, it saved my marriage and last but not least both of my kids were sleeping and napping amazingly and they were happy and energetic when they were awake.
Conquering my sons’ sleep challenges led me to pursue a new opportunity in helping other exhausted parents just like me. I took a leap of faith and I decided to enroll to becoming a Certified Sleep Sense Consultant and I had the privilege of being trained by and under the supervision of Dana Obleman herself, the founder of the Sleep Sense Program.
Now I am extremely passionate and determined to helping parents and their babies achieve a well-deserved, healthy sleep in a most respectful gentle way. Nothing is more rewarding than the joy I feel every time I get a call from a parent who slept through the night for the first time in a very long time.
