Hello! I’m a pediatric sleep consultant with a Master’s degree in Special Education and Elementary Education, and a deep passion for supporting families through some of the most exhausting (and tender) seasons of parenthood. Before becoming a sleep consultant, I spent years working with children of varying developmental needs, which shaped my belief that there is never a one-size-fits-all approach, especially when it comes to sleep.
I’m also a mom of three, soon to be four, and my own motherhood journey is what ultimately led me here. I’ve experienced firsthand how deeply sleep deprivation can affect not just a child, but a parent’s mental health, confidence, marriage, and overall joy. Through my own challenges, I learned that teaching sleep can be done gently, responsively, and in a way that still honors connection and attachment.
My approach is rooted in education, consistency, and compassion. I focus on helping parents truly understand their child’s sleep needs while providing realistic, sustainable strategies that feel aligned with their values. Above all, my heart is for moms – to help them feel supported, empowered, and confident, knowing they don’t have to navigate sleep struggles alone.
