As a mom of two kids and a former nurse in labor & delivery and then pediatric urology, I understand how hard it is to deal with a fussy child when they should be sleeping. So I learned healthy bedtime routines in which my children would sleep 10-12 hours every night on their own. Since these sleep routines worked so well, I wanted to help other parents like me with their child-sleep problems. This is why I started Nest At Rest Pediatric Sleep Consulting.
