And while the REAL “secret” to getting a baby sleeping through the night is picking a proven plan sticking to it, the truth is that there ARE a few “shortcuts” that can make a real difference!

“If your baby goes to bed 2 hours later, they’ll wake up 2 hours later” is a common mistake we all make. All this achieves is an over-tired, cranky child, which can lead to night wakings and an even earlier wake up time!!!
I recommend between 6pm and 8pm bedtime for your little ones, depending on their age.”
